Mr. José Luis Vázquez (DOB: 11-10-1944; POB: A Coruña)
He hás been an independent director since March 2005. He is a Commerce teacher, holds a B.Sc Economic and Business Studies and is a certified accountant. He has spent his whole professional career at Arthur Andersen, where he was Chief Financial Officer and Head of Human Resources, and has been Managing-Partner for Latin American. At present time, he sits on the Board of Directors of Banco Pastor and La Voz de Galicia.
He was co-opted to the Board of Directors of the company on 30 March 2005 and ratified by the AGM held on 15 July 2005.
He holds 5,000 shares in the company.
