Inditex cements its presence in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index World for the ninth year running

The Inditex Group has been a constant member of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index World (DJSI World) since 2002, nine years during which it has steadily improved its scores in all criteria considered in the assessment. This prestigious index, which assesses companies’ sustainability records, has just published its annual review for 2010.
The annual review conducted by DJSI World index, a benchmark for socially responsible investment, is based upon a thorough independent analysis of business performance in terms of sustainability, taking into account economic, social and environmental matters.
