Año 2004
- ISO 14001 certification of the Environmental Management System at the Zara Home Headquarters, Plataforma Europa Logistics Centre in Zaragoza and Kettering (Tordera)
- Completion of the Training and Environmental Awareness-Raising Plan for 100% of the personnel of the Headquarters of the Concepts, Logistics Centres and Factories.
- Creation of the Sustainable Pet GRINDI and design of training Manuals specific for on site training at stores.
- Implantation of the pilot Sustainability Model at the stores (50 stores throughout Spain).
- Integration of energy systems at the Headquartes and factories in Arteixo and control of Greenhouse Gases.
- Preparation of the Sustainability Report.
- Keeping of the ISO 14001 certified Environmental Management System for the 23 companies that were certified as at the year 2003.
