- Implementation and ISO 14001 certification of the Environmental Management System at 16 factories in Galicia.
- Maintenance of ISO 14001 certification of the Environmental Management System at the Zara Head Office and Logistical Centre.
- Design of the Environmental Training Course for the Inditex intranet.
- Training of all staff members at factories, at the Zara Logistical Centre and at Central Services.
- Audits of compliance with legislation at Chain Head Offices and Logistical Centres (Zara, Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, and Oysho)
- Incorporation of self-produced renewable energies (wind and solar thermal)
- Publication of the 2002 Environmental Report
